Doing Real Estate On Purpose.
Hi! I’m Chelsea - it’s been a wild journey becoming a listing agent, but so worth it.
I’m a dog mom, coffee obsessive, and proud PNW adventurer. My journey started behind the lens—as a brand photographer helping businesses tell their stories—then grew into running a boutique clothing shop and a busy coffee bakery. Today, you’ll find me sipping a custom latte (because unique flavor combos are my jam), hiking with my German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix, Mochi, or running around filming social media content.
With over three years in real estate and a decade of marketing and business ownership under my belt, I don’t just list homes—I build campaigns that showcase their best selves. I personally capture and edit every photo and video tour, design targeted social roll-outs, and support teammates in my office by being the social media go-to as well as the in-house listing photographer. Think of me as your full-service marketing partner from “For Sale” to “Sold.”
Selling your home should feel exciting—not stressful. Together we’ll craft a customized marketing pipeline: high-impact visual content, targeted emails and web syndication, engaging social posts, and eye-catching mailers. Every marketing plan is tailored to your neighborhood and individual home. My goal is simple: make your property shine, attract the right buyers, and close at the best price—all while you enjoy the process (coffee breaks encouraged).
Education & Inclusivity Are Important
Being in the real estate game for about 3 years, I learned a few things. One, is that I love this job. Two, there is an aching, desperate need for agents who not just sell, but advocate for their clients. Three, there’s an endless amount to learn in this industry and it’s important to have connections who can help fill in the gaps with expert knowledge.
As someone who is queer and neurodiverse, I am especially attuned to the fact that everyone has their own challenges. However you identify, whatever color your skin, whatever size or shape you take, I believe that you deserve housing, respect, and a safe person to help you get there. It would be an honor to be that person for you.
Send me a message.
If it makes it easier for you, go ahead and send me a message here instead of opening up your email! I will respond as promptly as I can {which is usually in 24-48hrs}.
